Iowa Board of Nursing has updated its process for awarding contact hours. These will no longer be processed through the IALA office. Instead, certificates of attendance will be distributed after each session. It is the responsibility of RNs, LPNs, SWs, etc. to collect and retain their certificates and conference brochures for their personal records.
